Mosaic HR Advisory Group was founded by Monikah Haywood, an accomplished human resources professional with more than a decade of experience advising leaders and supporting organizations through complex people, operational, and workplace challenges.
Her experience spans HR business partnership, employee relations, compliance and risk, workplace investigations, HR operations, organizational strategy, and enterprise HR programs. Throughout her career, Monikah has worked across healthcare, technology, professional services, and other complex organizational environments, including experience with global organizations such as Google and Meta.
Monikah brings a distinctly risk-informed perspective to HR advisory work. Her approach combines practical HR experience with advanced study in employment law and HR risk management, allowing her to help leaders consider not only what can be done, but what is responsible, defensible, and appropriate for the organization and its people.
